Monster (October)

It’s October, it’s the ‘freight’ month, the time of year when people are decorating their homes, wearing costumes, etc. However, there is nothing scarier than unresolved sin. Sin left unchecked will have you going places you never intended to go, staying longer than you ever intended to pay and paying prices you never intended to pay. Sin has energy and will grow until its out of control. Sure, we think that we can conceal and hide it, but our sin will always find us out. What is the solution? We have to surrender our hearts and our lives to the only one who has ever been able to defeat sin. We look to Jesus and His work on the cross.
