Margin (June)

This series is about creating space and being healthier in the areas of our lives that matter most. We live in a day and culture that wants us to burn it at both ends, to over-extend ourselves, and to run until we collapse. However, life is a marathon and not a sprint. So we need to learn how to pace ourselves and go at a speed that is right while also learning what it means to slow down, rest, and to allow our spirit and soul to be replenished. We need to learn how to come up for air and be able to breathe. In this series we are going to look at how to have health and margin in our own lives, in our relationships, in our finances and the key – learning how to say, ‘No’.
